Our Operational Strategy:

We follow a very systematic but simple procedure to ensure that the candidates we introduce are reliable and deliver the results expected of them.

  • Requirements from the client: While discussing the requirement with the client, we make sure we understand very clearly the job descriptions, job specification, competencies and skills required, as also the remuneration package. Detailed meetings with the client help us get a feel of the culture within the organization so that we can place a candidate who can feel comfortable and is there-by motivated to perform to his/her best in the company.

  • Candidate Search: Once the requirement has been clearly obtained from the client, we begin our search for the suitable candidate. We refer to our existing database of persons registered with us. If that is exhausted we conduct customized searches at popular web sites. We advertise on the Clients behalf and seek application in response to these ads. In case of senior level positions we also conduct Customized Head Hunting.

  • Short listing and coordinating further interviews: The short listed candidates are then coordinated for an interview with the clients. Prior to this, we enter into a lengthy and detailed discussion of each candidate profile with the client. Once the client also shortlists the person, we co-ordinate a meeting with the company.
  • Feedback: After the interview, we remain in constant touch with the candidate and the company. Along with the result, we also provide a feedback to the candidate, as to what were his weaknesses/particular strengths, where he can improve, etc.
